Any UAE resident with sufficient income can sponsor immediate family — here's the current 2026 ruleset.
Minimum salary
- Sponsoring spouse + children: AED 4,000/month + accommodation, or AED 4,700/month without accommodation.
- Sponsoring parents: AED 20,000/month, and both parents must be sponsored together unless one has passed away (with death certificate proof).
- Golden Visa holders: no salary threshold — you can sponsor immediate family, in-laws, and domestic staff freely.
Children age limits
- Sons: sponsorable up to age 25 if enrolled in higher education; up to age 18 otherwise.
- Daughters: sponsorable as long as unmarried.
- Children with disabilities: no age limit.

- Salary certificate + labour contract + last 3 months' bank statements
