Two-fee structure
Every service on Visa Simplified is invoiced as two distinct line items: a service fee (paid to us for documentation, typing, and processing) and a government fee (passed through to GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, DED, or the relevant UAE authority).
Government fees — non-refundable
Government fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority. This is a UAE government policy, not ours.
Service fees — refundable until submission
- Before submission: 100% refund of the service fee — for any reason, minus a 5% payment-processing charge.
- After submission, application rejected by government: 50% of service fee refunded. The remainder covers our processing time.
- After submission, application approved: No refund — service has been delivered.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@visasimplified.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
